Mike Salzano brings 26 years of fire service experience as the Owner of FSTC. Currently, Mike serves as Battalion 46 in the NW section of Fort Lauderdale. He is the founder of the Fort Lauderdale Fire Expo and has spent much of his career at the “Sistrunk Express” Engine Co. 46 and Downtown on Engine Co. 2. Mike has taught Engine Company Operations for the past 17 years, including the renowned “MEGA” Class. He is also an Instructor for the Orlando Fire Conference and the Fire Department Training Network (FDTN), sharing his experiences to help train, mentor and educate firefighters.
